For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of photographing weddings throughout Vermont and New England, documenting real moments with an honest, storytelling approach. Along the way, something unexpected happened. The couples whose wedding days I had photographed began returning with growing families, adventurous children, and teenagers ready for their high school senior portraits. Those sessions reminded me how much I love creating candid, cinematic family photography and senior portraits that celebrate genuine connection, natural emotion, and the incredible beauty of Vermont. That journey inspired the creation of Wilder Lights—a place dedicated to documentary family photography, relaxed lifestyle portraits, and cinematic senior photography for families who value authentic moments over perfect poses.

Whether we're wandering through a quiet Vermont meadow, splashing in a mountain stream, exploring the back roads of Woodstock, or simply laughing together in your own backyard, my goal is always the same: to tell your story as it unfolds naturally.
