A Rustic Barn Wedding at Robinson's Farm, Woodstock, VT

A Vermont Fall Wedding at Robinson Farm

Nestled just minutes from my home in Woodstock, Vermont, Robinson Farm provided the perfect setting for Olivia and Caleb's unforgettable fall wedding celebration. While the couple chose to exchange their vows during a private ceremony at another location, they celebrated with family and friends at Robinson Farm, where the beautifully restored barn, rolling countryside, and Vermont's spectacular autumn foliage created an incredible backdrop for their portraits, cocktail hour, and reception. Even on a rainy October day, the warmth, character, and timeless beauty of this historic Woodstock wedding venue made every moment feel intimate, romantic, and unforgettable.

A Quick Romance Session Before The Reception

Before family and friends arrived at Robinson Farm, Olivia and Caleb slipped away for a very quick portrait session around the property. What had begun as a brilliant Vermont October afternoon changed in typical New England fashion, with blue skies giving way to dark clouds as rain quickly moved in. We made the most of the beautiful scenery while we could, capturing a handful of romantic portraits before heading back to the barn. As the first raindrops began to fall, Olivia made a quick dash for cover—creating one final photograph that perfectly captured the unpredictable beauty of a Vermont fall wedding.

A Rustic Barn Reception At Robinson's Farm Vermont

After a few quick photographs with the wedding party, everyone gathered inside Robinson Farm's beautifully restored barn to officially begin the celebration. The couple made their grand entrance before sharing their first dance surrounded by family and friends. With soaring post-and-beam construction, weathered wood, and the timeless character of a classic Vermont barn, Robinson Farm provided a warm and welcoming setting for the evening's festivities. My coverage concluded shortly after these special moments, but it was the perfect ending to a beautiful autumn celebration at one of Woodstock's most picturesque wedding venues.
