There was an "NDA" for this intimate wedding and that stands for "non-disclosure agreement" which means the couple prefer their privacy and they also requested the privacy of their guests. So in keeping with this agreement, I am not posting any wedding photographs where anyone is recognizable, nor am I using their names in this blog. I will say, this was the sweetest, warmest and one of the happiest couples I have ever photographed and it was an honor to be part of their secret wedding ceremony at one of the most spectacular venues in Vermont.

The couple arrived in the groom's classic sports car and luckily the rain held off so they could have the top down on this warm summer day.

They arrived for wedding photos in front of the Lincoln Family Home and we spent about 20 minutes here taking lots of fun and romantic photographs before we headed to the back of the house and the beautiful gardens.

Here is a wedding photograph I can show and it gives one an idea of just how amazing the gardens are!

Nicole Brock is fantastic to work with, very warm, friendly and professional and she kept the festivities running smoothly the entire afternoon and into the evening.

I honestly think The Lincoln Family Home at Hildene is the most magnificent venue for weddings and wedding photography in all of Vermont and I was thrilled to be photographing this intimidate wedding. The catering by Pangea was amazing and the small wedding party enjoyed their cocktails and hors d oeuvres while viewing the spectacular scenery out towards Mt. Equinox.

After the ceremony in which the couple read vows they had written for each other, the bride was bustled up and the guests were given a private tour of the house.

The bride's favorite flowers are white lilies and they were incorporated in her bridal bouquet along with a dozen white roses.

The Lincoln Family Home at Hildene also has the facilities for very large weddings with a tented reception venue that will accommodate up to 220 guests.

So after a magical afternoon and evening Gael and I said good bye to this truly loving and happy couple and left them with their guests to enjoy a sunset dinner on the veranda.
